This document serves as an addendum to the Visolix General Terms and Conditions and outlines the specific terms governing participation in our Affiliate Program.

1. Purpose of the Affiliate Program

The Visolix Affiliate Program is designed to reward approved partners for promoting Visolix products and services.
Our objectives are to:

  • Build mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships
  • Increase Visolix brand awareness and market reach
  • Provide partners with fair, timely, and transparent commission payouts

2. Enrollment & Approval Process

  • To apply, complete the registration form on this page.
  • Applications are reviewed individually. Visolix reserves the sole right to approve or reject applicants without explanation.
  • Grounds for rejection may include:
    • Promotion of illegal, offensive, or misleading content
    • Low-quality or spam-heavy websites
    • Trademark misuse or deceptive marketing
  • Rejected applicants may reapply after addressing the stated concerns.

3. Commission Structure

  • Standard Commission: $5 per qualifying sale generated via your affiliate link.
  • Tracking:
    • Sales are tracked via a 30-day cookie.
    • If cookies are disabled or the purchase occurs after 30 days, no commission will be paid.
    • The cookie resets after the first purchase—repeat orders require a fresh click from your link.
  • Refund Policy: If a customer requests a refund, the related commission will be deducted from your account balance.
  • Exclusions:
    • Renewals of subscription products are not commissionable.
    • Self-Purchases: Commissions will not be paid for orders you place yourself, even if made using a different account, email address, or payment method. We also do not offer recurring commissions on any purchase.

4. Payment Terms

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: $100
  • Payment Methods: PayPal or USDT (TRC20) – ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid delays.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are issued on the 15th of each month (or the next business day).
  • Commissions may be delayed or withheld if:
    • Transactions are flagged for fraud review
    • The affiliate has violated program rules

5. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates must not:

  • Engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing
  • Bid on search engine keywords containing “Visolix” or related trademarks
  • Use pay-per-click ads that impersonate Visolix
  • Share links on coupon/deal websites without prior approval
  • Use bots, automated scripts, or cookie stuffing to generate clicks/sales
  • Exploit system loopholes or attempt to artificially inflate commissions

6. Fairness & Termination Policy

  • Visolix may modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any breach of these Terms will result in:
    • Immediate termination of affiliate account
    • Forfeiture of unpaid commissions
  • We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Visolix Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the General Terms.
